An extra shipping charge of 100/- is levied on an order below 500/-. For all orders above 500/- shipping is free of cost. COD facility is available only for orders above 500/-. An additional charge of 100/- will be levied on every COD order. This facility is available in selected cities only.
The shipping charges levied on your shopping bag is clearly mentioned at the time of check-out. The shipping charges are non-refundable at the time of return/exchange/cancellation of the order. The Shipping Policy is subject to change anytime, without prior information. You are therefore recommended to review the policies from time to time. However, the terms and points of the policy applicable, will be the ones that were there at the time you placed the order.
Estimated Delivery Time:
As soon as the order is placed and confirmed, our team gets on their toes to pack and dispatch them at the earliest. We rely on only the very best courier services to dispatch and ship our orders, so that the customers receive timely orders. The orders will most definitely reach you within 7-10 days of shipping, excluding Sundays and National holidays.During festivals and sales, however, the delivery may be delayed by a couple of days, due to bulk orders.
You pay exactly the amount you are intimated at the time of checking-out. No other hidden charges will be asked at the time of delivery. The prices are inclusive of all the extra charges (Octroi, sales tax etc.).
Currently we do not ship products to international locations but the service will be started soon.
You can track your order by logging in into your BabyCouture account anytime after your order placed is confirmed. In case you are unable to do the same, please write a mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will sort the issue within 24 hours.
Non-availability on Delivery:
The courier services make three delivery attempts before dispatching back the package to the original source. It is recommended that you provide all your contact details accurately, especially the mobile number, so that the courier company may contact you once before making the delivery attempt and ensure your availability at the time.
