You can check the status of your order by visiting the “Orders” section of your BabyCouture account. Visit the ‘Track Your Order’ section, where you will see a link to track your order via our courier partner’s website. You can then track your order in real time. Or you can call our customer care team between (10am to 7pm) they will help you track your order.
Pre-order indicates that certain products can be booked ahead of being shipped by the vendor: this is the case with several international and domestic brands. With this feature, we can offer you a wider array of products, as well as pricing that is far more competitive. The delivery time for pre-order can be found on the product page and may be anywhere from 2 to 10 weeks depending upon vendor location. Applies on products mention under pre-order.
If your order have products from different vendor or brands we ship orders in multiple parts, so we can get you each part faster, therefore one of the shipments may arrive in advance of another.
At BabyCouture we try our best to deliver all orders within the timely delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. You can contact our customer care team at email@example.com during any delays, we would be happy to assist and track your order.
We may have to cancel an order occasionally if the product is out of stock or discontinued or if item is damaged at the fulfillment center. We will refund your amount to your bank account or in form of BabyCouture Credit in such cases.
