The products which are determined as eligible for return or they are received damaged. After the confirmation, in accordance with our return policy the only remedy in this case is that we will issue a Coupon that will have the amount of the product you have purchased. You can apply that coupon and buy some other product from the website. All returns must be made within 15 days after the purchase date of the product.
Exchange For The Order
In case you are not happy with the quality of the product or there is a size issue with the product, you can exchange the product if it qualifies under the exchange policy. We follow a 7-day-return policy which is not applicable on ACCESSORIES, TUTU DRESSES,SWIMWEAR, SHOES and PRODUCTS ON SALE (Clearance & Festival Sale Products).

You must preserve the original bill for return purpose.
However, this is applicable only if the product is not used and is in its original package. If we feel that the product is used and disturbed from its original packaging, we may not accept it. Cancelling An Order
You can cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched from our fulfillment center. For this you will have to call us at 0172-25-55-335 If the order has already been shipped from our fulfillment center, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier. We will refund your order after it is received in our fulfillment center.
No Refunds Will Be Issued
In case your product qualify for an exchange, your money will be credited to your BabyCouture account in the form of credit points which can be used when you place your next order with us.
The credit point will be valid for only 60 days & if you fail to buy anything with in 60 days, your credit will get expired.
It may take 8-10 working days after we receive the product for the BabyCouture credit points to be credited to your account of the exchange amount.
BabyCouture.in recommends that you dry clean ALL our products from professional dry cleaners, request that the cleaner use due caution. We will not accept any responsibility or refund or returns for products that pass color or de-form due to machine washing or hand washing at home.
