Teach your kid to avoid going anywhere with strangers. Even if the person says that their parents sent him. Let your kids know that you will only send trusted as well as known people to pick them up from school.
Avoid electric items:
Teach your kid to stay away from all the electric items that might harm him. Ask them to never put their fingers in any open sockets and not to touch any broken wires.

Teach them about touches: It’s is difficult for young ones to differentiate between good and bad touches. You must teach them about these and ask them to confide in you without any hesitation if they experience a bad touch.
Safety on Roads:
As we all know a lot of road accidents occur every year so to avoid anything like that happens to your child, teach him all about the road safety rules. Tell him to only cross the road at the zebra crossing and that too only with an adult and also explain him about how he should never ever play on roads.
Don’t step out of the house/ school alone:
Explain to your kid that he is just not ready to go outside alone. Make them understand that all people are not so good and there are the bad ones who can take them away from their parents.
Make a list of precautions: It is important to make a list of all the safety precautions and put them in your kid’s room so they can see them and remember them on the regular basis. Make them understand the importance of every safety precaution that you have written on that list.
