In today’s lifestyle, healthy and fit body is very essential. Because you need to go through plenty of things at one time. A fit body equals to fit mind. Attractive body with healthy mind gives more confidence to any new mother. Therefore, swimming, walking, and stretching can be the best exercise during post par-tum period.

Unimaginable pain during delivering a baby makes new mother exhausted and week. So, they need proper rest and good sleep. Intake good amount of sleep inducers like poppy seeds, relaxing music, hot milk etc.

Breastfeeding :

Breastfeeding is the main meal of newborn, therefore, the new mother should eat healthy food, drink the proper amount of water, salads, fresh juices instead of artificial beverages. She should also avoid improper eating and junk food which may harm the health of the baby.
